Holy crap! I just photographed a birth! I’ll have to pick out some “not-so-graphic” pictures to put on here. More on that amazing experience later!

My friend, Veronika, brought her pets over to the studio for some portraits. These make me want to make a whole wall of animal portraits somewhere in my house.

I don’t take pictures of babies very often, but my friends Rose and Justin asked me to take some of their newborn, Hazel. It’s definitely different than taking a regular portrait of an adult, and even different than taking portraits of kids. You never know what to expect from babies. It was challenging not having her look at the camera, and making “confusing” baby faces. But overall, it was fun trying to get some good shots of this little girl. Enjoy!
