Wedding Photography - Site Launched!

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008

Huzzah! I’ve decided to split my Wedding Photography and my Fine Art Photography! As of today, all of my wedding work will no longer be included on this website, but will be it’s own entity. May I present:

Love Me Do Photography

Love Me Do Photography is a wedding photography co-op that a fellow photographer and I launched. Coming from our different backgrounds and styles, we chose to share resources and team up! In the future this may expand to even more photographers, but for the time being, it’s just a few of us. Amanda Jaffe and I still work as a team, and will continue to work together (because we’re unstoppable!! [jokes]).

So yes, if you are looking for my/our wedding work, please direct all inquiries towards Love Me Do Photography [link] because my wedding portfolio will soon disappear from this current site.

Joel and Kate - 8.23.08

Joel and Kate are friends of mine that I met when I moved to South Philly back in the day. Kate is an amazing sculpture artist in Philadelphia, and Joel is great at problem solving and construction of nearly every medium. Their studio actually built some furniture for our studio [link]! Needless to say, their wedding was incredible. They had everything from jet skis, para-sailing, caricatures, a party-bus, a sunset surprise, and tons of awesome family and friends having a great time! Joel and Kate are an incredible couple bursting with talent and love for one another. I’m happy to be able to call them friends of mine, and also, to have shot their wedding! Thanks guys for having us as your wedding photographers!

Katy and Drew - 8.16.08

We met Katy and Drew at the Unbridaled Expo [link] this past year. (I didn’t tell them this but…) As soon as I saw them walk by, I nudged Amanda and said, “We have to shoot their wedding.” They had such great style about them, and seemed like the type of people we’d typically hang out with. So of course, we all hit it off, and became their wedding photographers! Getting to know them through their wedding and just from seeing them around the neighborhood (because we’re practically neighbors) has been such a treat (including hanging out with their puppies)! Their wedding was loads of fun and we got some awesome shots. Thanks Katy and Drew for having us photograph your wedding!

Rita and Ed - 8.8.08

We were pretty excited to shoot Rita’s wedding as she was really excited to work with us! I really love it when our clients have a true appreciation of our work (prior to us shooting their wedding), it makes me feel like I’m doing my job right. And so was the case with Rita and Ed. They both were not afraid to show their feelings for each other, and it was great to see the love and support from their family members and close friends. Also, their reception was hoppin’! We got so many good dancing shots of people having a great time!

Thanks Rita and Ed!
